The Ritz Loyalty Card


Please come into the cinema and speak to a member of staff to sign up.

Reward Points -

40 points = 1 x Hot drink OR 1 x medium soft drink

80 points = 1 x medium popcorn

120 points = 1 x Large popcorn combo (Large popcorn and Large drink)

160 points = 1 x Large Nacho combo OR 1 x Large Hotdog combo

Terms & Conditions –

  1. Card must be registered to an account before points can start to be accrued. Tickets purchased as a guest won’t accrue points. To accrue points online you must be logged in to your account at time of purchase.
  2. Loyalty Card valid only for The Ritz Cinema, Workington.
  3. Card must be presented in order to issue points.
  4. Cards can only be given out for customers over 16 years old.
  5. Only one card can be used per account at any time.
  6. Points achieved based on full price ticket sales only. 10 points will be awarded upon the purchase of one full price cinema ticket. 5 points will be awarded per full price Cinemini ticket purchased.
  7. Cannot be used in combination with any other offer. Tickets purchased through other offers will only accrue points based on any full price tickets, discounted tickets not applicable.
  8. Points can only be redeemed against the listed reward items available at the time of redemption.
  9. Graves (Cumberland) Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, including the number of points issued, and rewards given.
  10. Graves (Cumberland) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the loyalty card scheme without notice, in which case all points accrued will be withdrawn. No compensation will be made with regard to lost points.
  11. No points will be awarded on the sale of gift vouchers.
  12. Rewards points cannot be shared between accounts.
  13. Loyalty cards remain the property of Graves (Cumberland) Ltd and should be returned on request.
  14. Points have no inherent value and therefore cannot be exchanged for a cash value.
  15. Graves (Cumberland) Ltd accepts no responsibility for the loss of points if a loyalty card is lost or stolen.
